What do you mean by inspects

I assume you mean a person who looks at used car's to see if there's any problems before purchasing.

I'm a Vehicle Inspector but I just dont do "special stickers" if thats what you're lookin for.

Essentially, my brother in law is stationed in Alaska with the AF and is moving to Hawaii.

He called me yesterday from Hawaii to go look at a 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimted at CarMax in Garland. If it looked good, he wanted me to buy it and he will ship it to Hawaii from DFW.

I went and looked at the Jeep and started the process to buy it. Lot's of paperwork since I will be given power of attorney to sign on his behalf.

i am headed out of town tomorrow and cannot complete the sale until Thursday. We have 5 days from Thursday to return the Jeep if we find issues or a problem. I wanted to have it inspected to ensure all is well.

I spoke to Sonny and Carlos may take a look at it at JELM but wanted to see if there were any independent vehicle inspectors (not emmision/safety inpsection) that could look at it.

Thanks...should have clarified but was in a hurry and did not think about the confusion around inspection.

Try www.carchex.com. They'll go to the dealership or wherever the vehicle is. Read about them first. It's a bit pricey. Then, they'll email you what they find.
