Speedzone - Tuesday 21st

OK, who's up for Speedzone on Tuesday night? We had several informal gatherings at Speedzone last year and they were an absolute blast!

Lana Davis has twisted their arm to negotiate a special club rate - unlimited driving on the 3 circuit tracks (Grand Prix, Slick Trax, and Turbo Track) between 7:00 and 10:00pm for $25!

The weather is forecast to warm up somewhat from the arctic conditions we had on the weekend, so it should be plenty warm enough to come out and play.

So who's in?

This gathering is on hold right now - seems the new management at Speedzone have no clue and have messed Lana around bigtime - they now say they want contracts and money up front, etc. - which just ain't gonna happen. I have a call in for the manager, but unless he calls me back and sorts this out tonight, I don't see this happening tomorrow.

Thanks to Lana for spending so much frustrating time to try to organize this. Maybe we can get a deal worked out for March. April, and May.

Anyone know of other places to play? indoor karting perhaps?

whew... tomorrow nite wouldn't've worked for me: I've got a FEMA seminar tomorrow all day, and a Mavs game to go to tomorrow nite.
